Travel Management Service Fee Agreement

My value proposition- I do more than book travel. I also provide professional advice, take care of my clients before, during and after their trip, use supplier relationships to get them preferred pricing and act as their advocate if issues arise. No extra cancellation fee will be charged. The fee structure covers all of those services over and beyond just making the booking . **The fee is non-refundable in the case of deciding to not book or booking yourself

Traveler Information

Who is travelling? This form must be completed before accurate quotes can be provided. One form per household.

Credit Card Authorization Form

This form allows my clients to securely input their credit card details, grant permission to charge the card, and authorize transactions via an electronic signature.
